What sets us aside from most other oyster producers is that we are small enough to focus on quality yet still deliver quantity. Operating in both intertidal and sub-tidal waters gives us great flexibility in growing conditions. We are able to supply oysters all year round.

Our Location

Tasmania is known for its exceptional gourmet produce, especially seafood. Bruny Island, off the South East corner of Tasmania, has also become renowned for its quality produce including oysters, salmon, cheese, wine and confectionary.
